New Name, Same Values
Quabbin Mediation is becoming Gathering Currents! As our work has grown beyond mediation to include active bystandership, conflict engagement, community learning, consulting, youth development, athletic equity, and more, we wanted a name that reflects the full current of what we do, and where we're heading.
Gathering Currents honors our roots while looking toward our future. Inspired by the idea of waters coming together, our new name reflects our belief that when people, ideas, skills, and communities come together, they can create movement and change that none could create alone.
Our monthly newsletters will include updates and highlights from our nonprofit and our programs, Training Active Bystanders and Just4Everyone Athletics.
With this new name, we have new websites and social media pages! Follow us @gatheringcurrents on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn!
Gathering Currents, where collective action powers lasting change.
