Our Programs

We help communities, organizations, and individuals build the skills to navigate conflict, interrupt harm, and create meaningful change. Through consulting, workshops, community learnings, and our programs, we offer practical, tailored approaches that strengthen relationships and build more inclusive, connected communities.

Turn awareness into action

Training Active Bystanders (TAB) equips people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognize situations where harm or conflict may occur and choose effective ways to respond. Through interactive practice, participants learn how to move beyond simply witnessing a problem toward taking meaningful action.

  • Youth TAB (12+)

Facilitation Foundations

Build the skills and confidence to design and lead effective workshops.

Facilitations Foundations is a practical, introductory program for people who are new to facilitating trainings and workshops or want to strengthen their skills. Led by Dr. Daniel Cantor Yalowitz, a facilitation expert, the program combines discussion, practice, and hands-on learning to help participants develop the skills needed to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

In this 5-session series, which typically runs monthly 2-hour workshops from January through May, participants explore the difference between academic instruction and workshop facilitation, experiential and hands-on learning, effective workshop design, training terminology, and strategies for engaging and inspiring participants. The series builds progressively, giving participants opportunities to learn, practice, reflect, and apply skills between sessions.
